Litigation Services In Thailand
Whenever possible it is best to settle civil disputes by negotiation rather than by going to court, but there are times in civil suits and more especially in serious criminal cases when the involvement of the court cannot be avoided.
If you find yourself involved in a civil suit as either the petitioner or the defendant, or in a criminal case, contact us as soon as possible. One or more of our experienced lawyers will listen to what you have to say, and then in collaboration with you, will devise a detailed game plan, probably in fact a plan A and plan B, that will give you the maximum advantage in your case.
You will have the confidence of knowing that your advocate is also your champion, that he has extensive knowledge of relevant laws and the legal system, and your case in particular.
