Marry A Thai: Know Your Eligibility

You and your partner should have attained seventeen years of age and be eligible for marriage in your native place.
Both You and your Partner must be mentally fit to take the decision of marriage mutually.
You should not have blood relations or should not be a direct ascendant or descendant of the same blood group of your Partner.
Both You and your Partner should not have the same adoptive parents.
You cannot have a spouse during the time of marriage.
In case of a widow, the marriage can take place after 310 days from the death of the husband. But a marriage can take place before the period in case a child is born by then.
In case of divorced couple, a certificate confirming that woman is not pregnant should be presented and an order of the court letting the woman to remarry.
