I mean think why a bank in Thailand wouldn’t let you open an account. Of course, they don’t have anything personal against you. Moreover, you will be bringing business to Thailand then why should they be against that. Every country has their own protocol when it comes to opening a bank, so does Thailand. And you need to fit into that.
Banks in Thailand generally allow their potential customers open their personal bank account if they qualify for the below-mentioned requirements;
- Holding a Non-Immigrant “B” visa
- Holding a work permit and/or a letter from Thai embassy confirming your residence’s address in Thailand
