Non-Immigrant B Visa (Business)
For those who want to conduct business in Thailand must submit these documents;
- Passport
- Duly filled application form
- Recent passport-sized photograph (4 x 6 cm)
- Proof of having sufficient finance
- Letter from your company stating your position, employment length with the company, your salary and purpose of visits to the country
- Evidence showing correspondence with the business partners in the Thailand
- Proof of financial status in case the applicant is self-employed
- Invitation letter from the trading partners
- Corporate documents including;
- Business registration and business license
- List of shareholders
- Company profile
- Details of business operation
- Map indicating location of the company
- Balance sheet, statement of Income Tax and Business Tax (Por
Ngor Dor 50 and Por Ngor Dor 30) of the latest year
- Value-added tax registration (Por Por 20)
- Copies of company’s documents signed by the Board of Directors alongside with the seal of the company
The process to obtain non-immigrant ‘B’ visa has been explained below;

- Submit them to the Thai consulate in your home country;
- Pay the consular fees either by cash, check or by credit card;
- Once the fee is paid, the processing time will take 5 to 10 business days with the Thai embassy;
