Bothered about Customs Clearance in Thailand? It is a headache indeed. Our specialized customs clearance service is blueprinted to reduce the problems. We can diminish hold-ups, costs and ensure on-time and hassle-free delivery of the items. We usually provide this service for both import and export of goods at affordable rates.
However, this piece of information is only about customs clearance for export. Let’s have a look at the process:
Step 1: Submitting the Declaration
The process will begin as soon as you submit the export declaration to the customs department.
Step 2: Declaration will be Verified
There will be verification of your declaration when the e-customs system receives the data. If the data has true validation with no mistake, you receive the Goods Declaration number. The response message will be sent to the exporter. Additionally, the profile system will verify the information while classifying the Goods Declaration into either Green Line or Red Line.
Step 3: Paying Duties and Taxes
Make payment of the duties and taxes. Currently, there are three payment methods of export duties and taxes. They are –
a. Payment through e-payment system,
b. Payment at banks, and,
c. Payment made directly at the customs department.
Step 4: Inspection and Release of Cargo
Finally, there is inspection of cargoes prior to their release from the customs custody. On approval, a freight forwarder will load the cargoes into the containers. Henceforth, there is transmission of the cargo control report to the e-customs system. Typically, the e-customs system checks the data for verification and reports for immediate online correction on detection of any error. As for generation of the control report number, there is automatic generation before the freight forwarder receives the response. Again, the Customs officer will be right there at the sub-gate for inspection.
Quick Customs Clearance in Thailand is possible when the documentation is genuine. You should make sure that the paperwork is done correctly.
