- Sole Proprietorship
- Partnership
- Unregistered Ordinary Partnership

Once you have decided, you must make sure that you have all the necessary documents ready. They are;
- Authorized name of the director(s)
- Proposed names of the company (three names)
- Your company objective
- Copy of passport of all the directors
- Your company’s registered address
With the given documents you must begin the company set up procedure as soon as possible. The quicker you initiate the process, the earlier you set up your business. Following are the steps you must take;
Step 1: Reservation of the Company’s Name
- Unique business name
- Follow Business Development Office’s guidelines
- Name approval valid for thirty days
Step 2: Memorandum of Association
- To be filed for business’ registration
- The documents must include the company’s name, the promoter’s name, business objectives and the location
- Filed with the Business Development Office
Step 3: The Statutory Meeting
- Share structure elaborated
- The articles of incorporation to be approved
- The Board of Directors is confirmed.
Step 4: Registering the Company
- Submit the company’s establishment application within 3 months of convening the statutory meeting.
Step 5: Tax Registration
- Get tax I.D. card
- Company’s number within sixty days of incorporation
- Application must be made to the Revenue Department in Thailand
