Individuals who are looking to travel to Thailand, they must be aware of the recent guidelines for visa application. The Royal Thai Embassy has rolled out some latest rules and regulations, effective from 1 May 2017. They have come up with a whole new checklist for entry visa application in Thailand. Let’s have a look at them;
- The applicant must apply for the visa seven working days prior to the date of traveling
- The process for entry visa in Thailand will take three working days
- If the embassy asks for additional documents from the applicant, they should be submitted on the very next working day right after collecting the passport. In such a case, the process will take maximum three working days, which include the submission date of the additional documents.
- The applicant who is willing to withdraw the passport can do that right on the day after receiving the passport. The process will take maximum two working days that includes the submission date of the withdrawal letter.
